We are delighted to announce the commencement of two new projects at St George’s Hospital in Stafford for our valued client, Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

Firstly, Marston House Seclusion Suite Works. This phased scheme comprises the partial demolition of the existing Marston House and the construction of two distinct seclusion suites with supporting accommodation. It also includes the complete refurbishment of a two-storey building between the new seclusion suite areas.

Secondly, Ellesmere Seclusion Suite Works. The scheme comprises the extension of the existing Ellesmere unit to provide a new seclusion suite, including supporting accommodation, together with the refurbishment of the adjacent day spaces and the provision of a new sensory room. The works also include the creation of new secure patient gardens and associated external works.
